Our Leadership
Alefiya is a Partner at I Do! MICE & Corporate Socials and heads its corporate vertical. With close to a decade of experience in the corporate world, including time spent within the Big 4, she joined her sister Rashida’s business then primarily a wedding planning company with a handful of corporate clients and saw the opportunity to build something more. Bringing her own brands, skill sets, and professional network into the fold, she shaped that small offering into a fully operational, dedicated corporate events vertical. Today, I Do! MICE & Corporate Socials works with some of the most recognised companies in the country, and a significant share of that business returns to us project after project a reflection of the passion Alefiya brings to every brief.
A natural people person, visionary, and entrepreneur, Alefiya is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that bring people together. Beyond work, she is a proud mother to a spirited four-year-old son and a loving Indie dog. Balancing motherhood with entrepreneurship has taught her the value of time, patience, and making every moment count.
Driven by purpose, positivity, and a deep belief in the Law of Attraction, Alefiya approaches both life and business with authenticity, creativity, and the conviction that every great experience begins with a vision.

Rashida founded I Do! Weddings & Occasions in 2014 as a boutique wedding planning company, driven by a passion for creating beautifully curated celebrations with meticulous attention to detail and a deeply personal touch.
As happy wedding clients began approaching her team to plan their corporate events, I Do! naturally expanded into the corporate events space. When her sister Alefiya joined the business, the duo launched I Do! MICE & Corporate Socials, a dedicated corporate events vertical that brought the same creativity, precision, and seamless execution to the world of corporate events.
With a strong foundation in weddings, Rashida believes every corporate event deserves the same level of thought, elegance, and personalised experience.
A natural people person, Rashida loves travelling, meeting new people, listening to their stories, and finding inspiration wherever she goes. She believes in living life fully and spreading positive energy. A strong advocate for sustainability, she is equally passionate about wellness and fitness, embracing both as an integral part of her personal life.
We didn’t stumble into this industry we chose it, and we choose it again with every event we take on. At I Do! MICE & Corporate Socials, our team is made up of people who genuinely care about the work not just the logistics of it, but the feeling of it.
